Integrating Your Favorite Services With Thinking Chat

Now you can integrate Thinking Chat® with Slack. Get notified instantly as soon as you capture a lead.

Login to your Dashboard from the Thinking Chat® website.
Click on the Integrations option from the left side bar and select the Chat Agent Information option.
Click the Install button under Slack to install the integration.
Follow the instructions on the Slack screen to complete the integration.
Once your integration is complete you will return to the Thinking Chat® Dashboard.
That's it! You are not connected to Slack. Every lead you now capture will automatically be posted to your Slack channel.

You can integrate Thinking Chat® with Infusionsoft to send your lead information directly to your CRM.

Login to your Dashboard from the Thinking Chat® website.
Click on the Integrations option from the left side bar and select the Chat Agent Information option.
Click the Install button under Infusionsoft to install the integration.
Follow the instructions on the Infusionsoft screen to complete the integration.
Once your integration is complete you will return to the Thinking Chat® Dashboard.
That's it! You are not connected to Infusionsoft. Every lead you now capture will automatically be added to your CRM.

You can integrate Thinking Chat® with AWeber to send your lead information directly to your CRM.

Login to your Dashboard from the Thinking Chat® website.
Click on the Integrations option from the left side bar and select the Chat Agent Information option.
Click the Install button under AWeber to install the integration.
You will be redirected to an AWeber screen where you will be asked to login with your AWeber account.
Once you login, you will be provided with an Authorization code. Return to the Thinking Chat® Dashboard page and enter the Authorization Code in the place provided.
That's it! You are not connected to AWeber. Every lead you now capture will automatically be added to your CRM.
